Sacramento Area PAD Alumni "Welcome to the Bar" Mixer - Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015

Our Brothers and Sisters to the North will be hosting mixer on Jan. 15. If you are live and/or work in the area or would just like to meet fellow Northern CA PAD members, check out the information below from Brother Roger Cartozian.

Dear Phi Alpha Delta Alumni Members;
First of all, Happy New Year…

On Thursday, January 15, from 5pm to 7pm, the Sacramento PAD Alumni Chapter is putting together a “Welcome to the Bar” mixer, for the Engle Chapter (McGeorge Law School) PAD students who recently passed the Bar Exam and were sworn in.

The event will be in the “Poster Room” at Bucca di Beppo Restaurant located at 1249 Howe Avenue, Sacto (Corner of Howe and Hurley). Appetizers will be provided, and there will be a “no host” bar.  The recent admittees will, however, receive a coupon for one free drink…..the least we could do…..

Recall your law school days when the hope of some alumni friendship and contact was a dream.  Here is an opportunity to make that dream and opportunity come true for current students and recent graduates.  This is NOT anticipated to be some sort of recruitment/interview/job search event, but rather simply a forum for contact between some current Engle Chapter students, recent bar admittees, and area alumni---yourselves. An opportunity to talk with the students/recent graduates and let them know what really happens after law school and what they can look forward too….

It would be appreciated by all if you could attend  the event and make it a success.

Please RSVP to me at the e-mail address below (or a phone call….) as we  would like a head count as to assure sufficient  appetizers.
Thank you for your (hopefully) positive response.

Fraternally,
